§ 6-4.1. Large industrial service rate (schedule E).

  • (a)

    There is hereby established an electrical rate for all customers who contract for one hundred twenty-five (125) kilowatts or more of electric service to be used for all electrical requirements, and who consume more than nine million five hundred thousand (9,500,000) kilowatt-hours (kwh) per year who do not have eligibility for residence or church service, which rate shall be known as the "large manufacturing service rate, schedule E."

    (b)

    This rate is applicable to all users of electrical power purchased from the city for usages other than residential, commercial, general, or church who contract with the city for a minimum of one hundred twenty-five (125) kilowatts and consume more than nine million five hundred thousand (9,500,000) kilowatt-hours (kwh) per year, for the entire electrical requirements of said user.

    (c)

    The monthly surcharge is hereby fixed at ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per month.
