§ 2-3. Same—Councilmen.

The salary of the member of the city council, excluding the member serving as mayor pro-tempore shall be fifteen thousand four hundred dollars ($15,400.00), payable in equal bi-weekly installments. In addition thereto, and subject to state and federal regulations, the city shall provide a fuel allowance for a private automobile utilized in the discharge of the duties of the office.
