§ 7-7. Same—Charges for removal of vehicle; hearing; sale.

Upon the failure of an owner to pay the charges specified in section 7-6, the mayor is granted the authority, after hearing, to declare a continuous violation of this chapter and in order to discharge such costs and expenses incurred in connection with this violation to have such automobile or vehicle of any character violating section 7-6 sold at public auction after advertisement, according to law.
