§ 7-2. Fireworks.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell any fireworks of any kind or character, including but not limited to firecrackers, Roman candles, torpedoes and sky rockets.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to use, handle, set off, shoot or have in possession any fireworks of any kind or character, including but not limited to firecrackers, Roman candles, torpedoes and sky rockets and any other fireworks of any similar kind or character.
