§ 6-8. Power cost adjustment.

There is hereby established an electric power cost adjustment to be billed in conjunction with all electric rate schedules of customers of the City of Abbeville. The power cost adjustment shall be applied to monthly kilowatt-hour (kwh) usage. The power cost adjustment shall be equal to the actual wholesale power cost as adjusted for losses, plus one cent ($0.01) per kilowatt hour, plus a monthly designation of not less than seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000.00).
