§ 5-3. Fire limits established.

Fire limits are hereby established in the following territory or portions of the city:
(1)

All that certain portion of the city in Megret Portion lying between the Vermillion River on the west and St. Charles Street on the east, and St. Victor Street on the north and Lafayette Street on the south; and

(2)

All that certain portion of the city fronting on both sides of State Street, from Lafayette to Frank's Alley, and extending one hundred and fifty (150) feet on each side of State Street.
