§ 2-48. Reporting for duty.

  • Members of the auxiliary police, when reporting for duty, shall be properly attired. Their attire shall be clean, neat and in good repair. Such personnel shall act as police officer only after checking in at the police department in the same manner as regular officers, and only under the control of the chief of police or senior police officers on duty.
