§ 2-37. Qualifications of applicants.

  • Every applicant for membership in auxiliary police shall be:

    (1)

    A citizen of the United States;

    (2)

    A qualified elector of the state;

    (3)

    Of good moral character and of tempered and industrial habits; and

    (4)

    Not less than eighteen (18) years of age nor more than fifty (50) years of age at the time of original appointment.
