§ 16-45. Existing drainage structures.

If the superintendent of streets and bridges, or any other individual so designated by the city, determines that there is an improperly existing drainage structure which is restricting flow, is not otherwise in accordance with this ordinance, or does not conform to the drainage needs of the city, the city is hereby authorized to correct, or remove and replace said drainage structure at the cost of the property owner.
