§ 16-8. Prohibited bus stop benches—Defined.

As used in this chapter, a prohibited bus stop bench shall be any form of seating devise placed upon public property or a public right of way by any non-public entity, other than a licensed transportation company which is actually providing transit services to the public within the corporate limit of the City of Abbeville and has applied and obtained a permit pursuant to section 5-4 authorizing the construction or placement of a bus stop bench.
