§ 15-27. Sewage service provided to customers who are not also city electrical system customers.

The owner of each building located on property either within or outside of the corporate limits of the City of Abbeville which is currently connected to, or will in the future be connected to, the city's public sewage system, when said building is not served by the city's electrical system, shall make an application to the city utility department as provided by chapter 6 of this Code within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this section, or within thirty (30) days of acquiring said property, in order to have access to the city's public sewage system.
