§ 13-18. Glass containers.

It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession or to break or cause to be broken any glass or breakable container such as a bottle, jar, cup or other beverage container in any city park, baseball field, tennis court or other playground area, or any street or sidewalk being located therein; provided, however that this regulation shall not apply to the possession of glass or breakable containers inside the following areas: The buildings known as the A.A. Comeaux Recreation Center and the McKinley Scott Recreation Center.
