§ 12-40. One-way streets.

All vehicles, when stopping or parking on the streets of the city, shall park or stop parallel to the curbing of the right side of the street, and within the marked space denoted for parking, save and except that on all one-way streets, parking is permissible on both sides of the street, unless otherwise marked and prohibited by appropriate signs.
