§ 11-53. Character of licensee.

(a)

No license required by this chapter shall be issued to a person or to any corporation if any officer thereof has been convicted of any offense affecting the public morals, as defined by the Louisiana Criminal Code.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for a licensee to hire or keep as manager, superintendent or person in charge of a trailer or mobile home park any person who has been convicted of a felony.
