§ 11-42. Installation requirements.

Any mobile/manufactured home which is moved into or relocates within the city shall be installed in compliance with the manufacturer's installation instructions if available. In the absence of the manufacturer's installation instructions the installation of mobile/manufactured homes shall comply with the provisions of R.S. 51:912.22, 51:912.23, 51:912.24, as may be amended from time to time as well as any other applicable state law.
