§ 11-30. Manufacturing requirements.

No modular building not designed or intended for use as a residence may be transported into the city, nor installed within the city, unless the owner has presented evidence certifying that said structure meets or exceeds all existing building codes, including the SmartCode, and requirements and is in compliance with both state law and all applicable city ordinances, and an installation permit has been issued.
