§ 11-8. Lien for cost.

In the event of the existence of a nuisance created under this chapter, which the city abates on behalf of the offending person or persons, the city shall have a lien and privilege upon both the immovable property where the nuisance is located and the movable which is the subject of the abatement for all cost and expenses incurred in effecting compliance.
