§ 10-20. Provision conflict.

(a)

Repealer. Any provision in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Abbeville which may be in conflict with any provision of this article is hereby repealed.

(b)

Severability. If any section or portion of a section of this article is found to be invalid, it shall be severable from all other sections or subsections and shall not render the remainder of this article invalid.

(c)

Effective dates. This article shall become effective on January 1, 1988.
